JustChurchJobs, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Worship Leader to guide our congregation in worship through music and to shape the weekly Sunday worship experience.

The role focuses on worship planning, team coordination, and technical preparation, with compensation determined by experience. The position averages 12–15 hours per week and is ideal for someone who loves serving in a local church context without full-time ministry duties.

Qualifications

• Candidate demonstrates a genuine faith and desire to serve the local church.
• Experience leading congregational worship in a church setting.
• Capable vocalist and musician who can guide a congregation.
• Strong communication and collaboration with church staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead weekly Sunday worship in collaboration with church leadership.
• Oversee worship team and volunteers, coordinating schedules and rehearsals.
• Lead Sunday morning worship, ensuring smooth transitions between service elements.
• Prepare weekly song charts, lyrics, and service materials using Planning Center and ProPresenter.
• Develop and maintain weekly service plans and technology resources.
• Coordinate with AV/production, welcome, confession, and other service elements.
• Participate in planning for special services (Easter, Christmas, etc.).
