Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Education or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two years of soccer coaching at high school, club, or collegiate level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance player skills and performance.
• Plan game-day strategies and provide real-time guidance during competitions.
• Recruit and retain student-athletes; promote team visibility and engagement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and uphold NJCAA bylaws and policies.
• Monitor welfare and safety of student-athletes and coordinate with medical staff as needed.
