Job summary

Haven in the United States is seeking a Part Time Women's Ministry Client Supervisor to support client care and spiritual growth. You will greet clients, assist with services, and ensure adherence to policies while coordinating internal and external resources.

The role involves supervising clients (not staff), monitoring activities, and maintaining a safe, orderly environment across variable shifts including weekends. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or specialized training in ministry/case management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise clients under program direction.

Responsibilities

• Consistently creates a welcoming environment for clients by greeting and assisting them.
• Assist in the care and spiritual growth of clients.
• Clarify and enforce Haven policies and procedures.
• Administers tests to clients as directed.
• Assist clients in coordinating necessary services internally and externally.
• Transporting clients to/from work, school or other obligations and/or appointments.
• Maintain proper communication within the facility.
• Supervise behavior of clients including monitoring calls and dispensing medication.
• Perform hourly rounds and roll checks.
• Provide bedding, towels, toiletries, etc. as needed.
• Monitor security cameras and maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct daily inspections, scheduled and spontaneous.
• Conserve energy by monitoring lights and thermostats.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift (including weekends).
• Perform other duties as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consistently creates a welcoming environment for clients by greeting and assisting them
• Assist in the care and spiritual growth of clients
• Responsible for clarifying and enforcing Haven policies and procedures
• Administers drug/nicotine tests to clients as directed
• Assist clients in coordinating necessary services internally and externally of the ministry
• Transporting Clients to/from work, school or other obligations and/or appointments
• Maintains proper channels of communication within the facility
• Supervises behavior of clients including monitoring phone calls, dispensing medication
• Performs roll check and makes hourly rounds
• Issues bedding, towels, toiletries etc. as needed
• Monitors security cameras
• Perform daily inspections, scheduled and spontaneous
• Maintains a safe environment for clients
• Consistently monitors lights and thermostats to conserve energy
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift (including weekends)
• Performs other duties as needed

Work Environment:

• Works primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential

Physical Demands:

• Ability to be punctual and attend work on a regular and consistent basis
• Ability to concentrate with various interruptions and various noise levels
• Must be able to stand 70% of the time
• Occasionally will be expected to lift boxes up to 30+ pounds

Minimum Education Requirements:
