Penn State University, York Athletics, is seeking an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach to join the department. The role reports to the Head Coach and supports practice and game activities, player development, and team operations.

The position requires prior coaching experience (college preferred) and a Bachelor's degree (or high school diploma with relevant experience). A valid driver’s license and background checks are mandatory. Some overnight travel may be needed.

• Duties include practice and game attendance, skill instruction, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Attend all practices and games with flexible scheduling.
