Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options on the sales floor and drive sales with a consultative approach.

You will support online orders, outreach to customers, and participate in community events while working a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you meet goals.

• No sales experience? We'll provide tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through their options with a consultative approach.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance seniority-based scheduling.
• This fast-paced environment requires flexibility and openness to evolving tech and customer needs.
