You will stay current on products and promotions, communicate features and pricing clearly, and contribute to a professional store presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience in a fast-paced sales environment or experience providing customer-facing solutions; a four-year college degree may substitute for the experience requirement.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with a variety of customers.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, integrity, and a results-oriented work ethic.
• Ability and willingness to learn and remain current on wireless devices, plans, products, and emerging technology.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including most evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to connect customers with the products and services that best meet their needs.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate wireless, device, plan, and technology solutions.
• Deliver a personalized, professional customer experience throughout each interaction.
• Contribute to individual and store sales goals through effective needs assessment and solution-based selling.
• Maintain current knowledge of C Spire products, devices, plans, promotions and services.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing and available options to customers.
• Support a fast-paced retail environment by working collaboratively with other team members and maintaining a professional store presence.
• Represent C Spire professionally through appearance, communication, integrity, and follow-through.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other shifts based on business needs.
