Visiting Angels of Philadelphia is seeking a part-time Wellness Supervisor (RN or MSW) to provide compassionate oversight to homebound seniors. Location: Philadelphia, PA & Nearby Neighborhoods
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Hours (Ideal for 2–3 Days/Week)

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable Wellness Supervisor to support homebound seniors, train caregivers, and make a real difference—without the 12-hour shifts or hospital stress.
Conduct home visits to evaluate client well-being, perform safety checks, and update care plans.
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to caregivers, supporting them with training, encouragement, and oversight.
Provide empathy-driven support to clients and families, helping navigate care needs with clarity and calm.
Collaborate with our scheduling and operations team to ensure care is delivered consistently and compassionately.
Occasionally support client onboarding visits and help explain our services to prospective families.
Active RN license or Master of Social Work (MSW) in Pennsylvania.
9+ years of clinical experience—bonus if you’ve worked in geriatrics or dementia care.
A warm, approachable demeanor and strong people skills.
Comfort traveling within the Philadelphia area (mileage reimbursed).
Strong communication and a collaborative mindset.
