Job summary

HealthFitness in Racine, Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Health Educator to deliver wellness programming on-site at a corporate client site. You will lead Sound Bath sessions, coordinate events, and help foster a culture of health and resilience.

Requirements include being 18+, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, experience leading wellness events, strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety & Health Institute, or National Safety Council.
• Experience leading wellness events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with attendees.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs. unassisted.
• Weekdays, evenings and weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event from set-up to wrap-up and address questions with client/vendors.
• Provide on-site supervision and manage safety and health regulations.
• Deliver wellness programming and ensure a positive attendee experience.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations.
