Interactive Teller
Job Summary

Handles all phases of teller transactions associated with checking, savings, and various payments (loan, credit card, utility, etc.) initiated from the Interactive Teller Machines. Follows teller operating policies, assesses risk, and takes steps to minimize loss. Provides quality customer service and promotes the bank’s services. Serves as an ambassador for alternative delivery channels.

Shift hours are from 4:00pm - 8:00pm
General Description/Duties
  1. Handles all phases of teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, within limits, escalating when necessary.
  2. Verifies endorsements as per operational policies.
  3. Reports suspicious activity through proper channels.
  4. Follows policies and procedures, demonstrating understanding of fraud and risk management.
  5. Provides high-quality customer service per Signature Service guidelines.
  6. Ensures compliance with all banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  1. Displays a professional demeanor and connects well with customers.
  2. Possesses effective interpersonal communication skills, especially via video.
  3. Knowledge of bank operations, products, and services.
  4. Ability to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  5. High analytical skills for solving practical and customer service problems independently.
  6. Ability to operate in a complex, multi-functional technical environment and process transactions in a non-traditional teller setting while promoting ITM usage.
  7. Ability to assess risk, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive issues.
