Job summary

OpenBook Windows & Baths seeks a friendly, people-oriented brand representative to attend home shows, festivals, and other events across Northern Colorado on weekends. You will engage attendees about their home improvement plans and schedule free estimates.

You will set up and tear down the booth, maintain a reliable vehicle for travel, and lift 20–30 lbs as needed. A minimum of 4 years in sales or in-person marketing is required, with a base plus uncapped bonuses and on-target earnings of

We're looking to hire a friendly and outgoing, people oriented person to represent us during home shows, festivals, and other events on weekends throughout the year. If you like the idea of getting paid to travel across Northern Colorado to talk to people for a few hours a day, this is the job for you!

OpenBook Windows & Baths is a family owned and operated company that helps residents of Erie and Northern Colorado with their home improvement needs. Our goal is to build a home improvement company that people love to work for and love to work with.

Your main responsibilities in this role include:

1. Professionally representing OpenBook at various home shows, festivals, and other types of events across the Northern Colorado
2. Talking to attendees at the event about their future home improvement plans and scheduling them for free estimates
3. Setup and tear down the company booth before and after the show.

Key qualifications include:

1. Have a great outgoing personality and love to help people
2. Be available to work every weekend
3. Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license
4. Be able to lift 20-30 lbs
5. Have 4 years experience in Sales or in person marketing

We pay on a base plus bonus comp plan. On target earnings for this role is $25-$40/hr in this role, however we don't cap bonuses, and we love to reward a job well done!
