Job summary

OpenBook Windows & Baths is seeking a friendly, people-oriented representative to attend home shows and other events across Northern Colorado on weekends. You’ll engage attendees, discuss home improvement plans, and schedule free estimates while traveling across the region.

We offer a base plus bonus compensation. Expect on-target earnings of $25–$40 per hour, with uncapped bonuses for top performance as you help residents plan their next project.

Qualifications

• Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy helping people.
• Available to work every weekend.
• Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 20-30 lbs when setting up booths.
• Have 4 years of experience in sales or in-person marketing.

We’re looking to hire a friendly and outgoing, people oriented person to represent us during home shows, festivals, and other events on weekends throughout the year. If you like the idea of getting paid to travel across Northern Colorado to talk to people for a few hours a day, this is the job for you!

OpenBook Windows & Baths is a family owned and operated company that helps residents of Erie and Northern Colorado with their home improvement needs. Our goal is to build a home improvement company that people love to work for and love to work with.

Your main responsibilities in this role include:

• Professionally representing OpenBook at various home shows, festivals, and other types of events across the Northern Colorado
• Talking to attendees at the event about their future home improvement plans and scheduling them for free estimates
• Setup and tear down the company booth before and after the show

Key qualifications include:

We pay on a base plus bonus comp plan. On target earnings for this role is $25-$40/hr in this role, however we don’t cap bonuses, and we love to reward a job well done!
