Overview

As a Part Time Retail Store Associate at Office Depot, your role is vital to our success. You'll engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales.

In this role, you will connect with customers, address their needs by recommending products, services, and solutions, and help create a vibrant sales culture. You will also support store standards, logistics, and customer satisfaction, all while aligning with Office Depot's 5C values: Customer, Commitment, Change, Caring, and Creativity. Training in technology and print products/services will prepare you to assist customers effectively and apply sales principles to contribute to our growth.

The Store Associate role is key to driving sales and providing exceptional service, especially in Print and Technology areas.

The position may require periodic background checks.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience: Engage proactively with customers, promote solutions, and be aware of promotions and loyalty programs.
2. Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, merchandise presentation, and inventory management according to guidelines.

Education and Experience
