Job Title: Wellness Center Nurse - IV experience a must

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Compensation: DOE

Days: Saturday 8:45am - 2:15pm

Employee Type: Part-time

About the position

Beyond Wellness is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse with IV experience to work at our new Wellness Center, including front desk duties.

• Administering IVs
• Preparing IV Bags and understanding their contents
• Performing injections
• Verifying patient identity prior to specimen collection or IV administration
• Greeting clients and assisting with intake and services
• Providing site-specific procedural training to new employees
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following standards, procedures, and legal regulations; adhering to Universal Precautions and OSHA standards when handling specimens
• Strictly following HIPAA regulations
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Nursing degree
• Experience in IV therapy and blood withdrawal
• Proficiency with computers and technology
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to handle ambiguity in the absence of defined systems and processes

Physical Requirements & Work Conditions

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 20 pounds
• Frequent speaking and hearing
• Frequent sitting, standing, bending, stretching, and stooping
• Use of all types of vision, including close and computer vision
• Use of hand dexterity for operating standard office and clinical equipment
• Varying schedule including evenings, holidays, and extended hours as required
• Exposure to blood, bodily fluids, chemicals, radiation, and repetitive motions

About the Company

Beyond Wellness is opening in May in Costa Mesa, CA. The center will offer peptides, hormone therapy, weight loss injections, IV therapy, and access to a Hyperbaric chamber.
