Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted state medical license.
• Completion of accredited residency program.
• 1–3+ years post-residency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care services, including preventative care and chronic disease management.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations with history-taking and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Order, interpret, and act on laboratory tests, imaging and other studies.
• Prescribe medications and treatment regimens with safety and efficacy in mind.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services to ensure continuity of care.
