Job summary

Flexzo in Hawthorne, FL seeks a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care across diverse patient populations. The ideal candidate is board-certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, holds an active Florida license, and has residency training.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Florida medical license.
• Completion of an accredited residency program.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations with history and physical exams.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions with individualized care plans.
• Order, interpret and act on lab tests, imaging and diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and treatment regimens.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, prevention, and lifestyle changes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
