Position: Part Time Physical Therapist Case Manager

In collaboration with other clinicians, you will evaluate and address the needs of individuals in their homes to help them live safely and independently.

Your goals as a Physical Therapist include restoring function, preventing or minimizing disability following illness or injury, and helping clients achieve their maximum performance within their capabilities. You will evaluate and treat patients using prescribed physical therapy programs and may supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
