Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in memory care and long-term care setting
• Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulations
