Job summary

The Life Enrichment Assistant at Covenant Living and CovenantCare Home Health and Hospice supports planning and delivering programs across Transitional Care, Long-Term Care, and Hospice Care. The part-time role runs Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional flexibility for special events and outings.

You will lead activities, assist with transporting residents, document participation, and help maintain supplies while fostering a welcoming, resident-centered environment.

• Creativity and enthusiasm in facilitating activities and engaging residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and implement life enrichment programs and events.
• Lead activities including exercise, arts/crafts, games, and social events.
• Set up spaces for programs and events; prepare materials and cleanup.
