Job summary

Elm Crest Manor in New Salem, ND is seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide to join our team on a part-time basis. You will help provide clean linens and comfortable living spaces for residents, with shifts every other weekend mornings 7:00 am to 11:00 am and some holidays.

Responsibilities include sorting, washing, drying, folding linens and clothing; maintaining a tidy laundry area; ensuring infection control compliance; and assisting with other housekeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Excellent organizational skills are needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide laundry services for residents and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry room.
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures.
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed.
