The Element by Westin Chattanooga is seeking a Part-time Weekend Hotel Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and respond to inquiries to ensure a smooth stay and uphold brand standards.

Ideal candidates have prior hotel front desk experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work weekends (Fri–Sun). Shifts may be 8, 10, or 12 hours, with a part-time schedule focused on weekends at our Chattanooga property.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work part-time on weekends (Friday and Saturday Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
