General Cleaner Job Details

Are you seeking a position with independent and solitary working conditions, stable hours, and pay? We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and caring individuals to provide janitorial services and supervision for our clients' offices in the Richmond area.

• Location: West End Henrico
• Pay: $19/hour
• Hours: Saturday and Sunday - 7 am or 8 am to 11 am or 12 pm (8 hrs/weekend)

Job Duties

• Maintain a clean, secure, and safe environment for facility occupants.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Execute the cleaning plan efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Work productively with team members.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age: 16 years old.
• Demonstrated work ethic and responsibility through education and work history.
• Effective communication skills with clients, occupants, and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do necessary tasks.
