Responsibilities include beverage preparation, customer engagement, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness. Relevant food service knowledge and potential Starbucks certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation and inventory control systems desired.
• Starbucks Baristas certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and provides quick, friendly, and personalized service.
• Makes hand-crafted beverages (coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, etc.) according to order.
• Maintains good customer relations and speedy beverage/food delivery.
• Educates guests on menu offerings and suggests items.
• Maintains coffee bar supplies and displays; cleans machines and areas.
• Records sales, handles cash, operates a cash register per procedures.
