Job summary

KRE Security, LLC is hiring a part-time Security Officer for a consistent Monday-Friday first shift assignment (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) in Philadelphia, PA. This is a permanent, non-rotating weekend schedule ideal for dependable individuals seeking stable part-time hours.

Provide a professional security presence, monitor entrances, control access, and conduct routine patrols while reporting incidents and maintaining client communication. Starting pay is $16.00/hour with benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to remain alert for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional security presence at the assigned client site.
• Monitor entrances and exits throughout the property.
• Control access and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors.
• Conduct routine patrols of the premises and surrounding areas.
• Observe and report safety or security concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies as needed.
• Enforce post orders and client policies.
• Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports using Belfry Software.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, clients, and team members.
