The ideal candidate is reliable, able to multitask in a dynamic farm setting, capable of lifting up to 70 pounds, and comfortable working outdoors on weekends. Prior farming or retail experience is a plus but not required.

Jireh Family Farm is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Weekend Worker to join our team. This role involves a combination of animal care, grounds maintenance, and retail operations at the Jireh Family Farm Meat Market. The ideal candidate will be reliable, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic farm environment. (20-25 hours per week, Monday- Friday)

Responsibilities

• Animal Care: Feed and water livestock, ensuring animals are properly cared for according to farm protocols.
• Egg Collection: Collect eggs from poultry, ensuring proper handling and storage to maintain quality.
• Grounds Maintenance: Perform tasks such as sweeping & maintaining store cleanliness, organizing, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of farm grounds.
• Retail Operations: Operate the Jireh Family Farm Meat Market, including:
• Assisting customers with product selection and providing information about farm products.
• Processing purchases accurately using the checkout system.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Multitasking: Balance animal care responsibilities with retail sales duties, prioritizing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
