Job summary

National Water Services is seeking a Field Technician to clean and collect data on water dispensing equipment located in a local health food store in Redding, CA. This is a very part-time role with a flexible schedule, approximately 1 hour weekly per store.

You will perform basic technical service, build positive relationships with store staff, and report results by email. Leaks or readings outside normal range should be escalated to Tech Support.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladder.
• Fluent in English.
• Have a Smartphone and Email.

Responsibilities

• Clean, provide technical service and customer support during field visits.
• Build positive relationships with customers and store management.
• Provide completed reports after each visit via email.
• Call Tech Support immediately regarding any leaks or readings outside of the normal range.
• Periodically, take photos of equipment; replace signage; report inventory etc.
