Job summary

National Water Services in Auburn, CA is seeking a part-time Field Technician to clean and collect data on our water dispensing equipment located in a local health food store.

You will provide technical service, report findings by email after each visit, and build positive relationships with store management.

The role offers flexible daytime, evening, or weekend shifts; must have a smartphone and email; interviews via Microsoft Teams; background check required.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladder.
• Fluent in English.
• Have a Smartphone and Email.

Responsibilities

• Clean, provide technical service and customer support during field visits.
• Build positive relationships with customers and store management.
• Provide completed reports after each visit via email.
• Call Tech Support immediately regarding any leaks or readings outside of the normal range.
• Periodically, take photos of equipment; replace signage; report inventory.
