Job summary

Swatch Group is seeking a Retail Key holder to join our Los Angeles store. You will be coached on sales techniques and customer service skills, with training on our watches and services, and a base-plus-commission pay structure.

You will greet customers, apply product knowledge, strive to meet sales goals, and contribute to merchandising, stock, and store upkeep in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a part-time position offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Key holder or lead sales position.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Able to plan, set and achieve goals.
• Greet customers in a timely, professional manner and build relationships.
