Job summary

All Energy Solar is seeking a part-time Warehouse Technician in Aurora, IL. The role involves supporting warehouse operations, handling deliveries, and coordinating with the Materials team. Schedule is Mon/Wed/Fri with flexible hours, roughly 20 hours per week.

Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and pass a background check. The baseline pay is $18.00–$21.00 per hour, onsite at the Aurora warehouse, with at least 3 days per week availability during standard business

Qualifications

• Maintains professionalism in all interactions.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with computers and spreadsheet apps.
• Familiar with RF scanning technology and warehouse inventory systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to pass DOT medical certification and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and effectively.
• Receive, move, and track items using RF scanning to maintain inventory.
• Assemble kits and perform kitting tasks efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and assist with receiving shipments, including off-hours arrivals.
• Transport materials to job sites as needed.
• Maintain facility security and safety, following lockdown protocols.
• Assist with camera and security adjustments under Materials Director supervision.
• Remove debris from shop interiors and grounds; keep workspace clean.
• Support fleet maintenance and general warehouse tasks.
• Maintain open communication with Warehouse Supervisor about deliveries and stock.
