Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide leadership and cultivate a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel.
• Implement employee development plans and ensure orientation and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
