Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg)
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication; MS Office ability

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Ensures high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented environment and cross-department collaboration.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
