Job summary

Allied Universal seeks part-time Security Flex Officers for a warehouse in Elkridge, MD. The role features walking and standing for foot patrols, working outdoors in the elements, and a starting pay of $19.76 per hour.

Shifts include Afternoon, Evening, Morning, and Overnight, with Monday–Sunday coverage as needed. You will provide security and customer service across client sites in commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government sectors, and participate in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required by law; drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required; driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by enforcing safety procedures and site policies, and responding to incidents as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter; adapt to client site conditions.
