Job summary

The Affinity Group is seeking a Warehouse Specialist (Part-Time) in Pelham, AL to support receiving, organizing, and distributing products in a cold storage environment. This role suits a dependable, detail‑oriented team player who can lift up to 40–50 lbs and operate in refrigerated spaces; flexibility during peak food show season may be required.

You’ll load/unload goods, receive deliveries, stock inventory, organize coolers and storage areas, assist with event setup, and help with light

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, retail, or manual labor role preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs.
• Comfort working in refrigerated/freezer environments.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products and materials.
• Receive deliveries and stock inventory.
• Organize coolers, freezers and storage areas.
• Assist with sample preparation for sales events and food shows.
• Light facilities cleaning and general housekeeping.
• Support sales and culinary teams with event setup and breakdown.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and managers to ensure smooth operations.
