Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable

Responsibilities

• Receive freight and unload deliveries, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Stock merchandise on shelves and backrooms, organize pallets and bins
• Verify deliveries and prepare dock for upcoming shipments
• Assist customers by locating products and providing guidance
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow hazardous materials procedures
• Operate store equipment including scanners and pallet handling gear
• Collaborate with team to complete assigned tasks
• Pro Fulfillment Stores: use Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders, load orders, rotate by delivery date, and communicate with customers
