Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to help keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise.

This role is physical and fast-paced, requiring safe lifting and attention to detail as you unload deliveries, move products to the sales floor, and assist customers. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• 6 months experience in a warehouse performing stocking and inventory handling.
• 3 months experience operating forklift or power equipment such as lifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and balers as needed.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
