Job summary

Normet Group is seeking a warehouse associate in Elko, NV for full-time, 40 hours/week. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and documentation in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience and ERP familiarity are preferred, with occasional North American travel and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution preferred.
• Hands-on experience with shipping, receiving, picking, packing and inventory control.
• Experience using ERP systems or WMS is a plus.
• Proven ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement practical solutions in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain inventory to optimize storage and access.
• Receive shipments, verify against PO, inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Enter receipts, movements, and orders into ERP systems.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy.
• Process sales orders and ensure proper documentation and labeling.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Support inventory control with cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Make timely deliveries to customers with proper documentation.
