Job summary

U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate in Middletown, CT.

You will pick, receive, stock, and ship orders while maintaining safety and accuracy. The role requires basic computer skills, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. As a member of a large nationwide distributor, you’ll be cross-trained to support multiple departments and contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials against vendor lists and orders.
• Stock and organize inventory per SOPs and rotations.
• Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Assist with shipping activities and outbound operations.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment after proper training.
• Maintain accurate inventory and a clean, safe workspace.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Cross-train across warehouse functions as needed.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
