Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Putnam, CT, within our world-class supply chain team. The role spans four areas—Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, and Custodian—and you may move between roles as needed.

Shifts run 9:00am-2:00pm, Monday to Friday, with safety at the forefront and opportunities to contribute across the facility. You will be essential to delivering products to customers, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Counting and arithmetic skills are required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Collaborative approach to work with colleagues and customers.
• Basic English for communication and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately to meet daily goals.
• Restock shelves and scan labels for next shift readiness.
• Select, pack, and move totes and product with attention to safety.
• Perform custodial and basic maintenance duties as needed.
