Job summary

Graybar Electric Company is hiring a Part-Time Service Center Warehouse Material Handler in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves receiving, storing, selecting, packing and shipping inventory in a warehouse managed by a Warehouse Management System.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 5:00pm–9:00pm, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. Steel-toed boots are required, and prior warehouse experience is preferred for this evening position.

Qualifications

• No fear of heights and ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse.
• Must pass pre-employment physical testing and be 18+.
• Good attendance and work ethic are required.
• 2+ years of experience in large warehouse environments preferred.
• Experience with a warehouse management system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts
• Receive and store incoming material in accordance with warehouse management system process
• Select, pack and palletize shipments
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments, conduct cycle counts
• Maintain clean warehouse including following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections
