Job Details

• 1st Shift Part Time (8:30am-Completion; averaging around 3pm)
• Pay from $16-18; depending on experience

Job Overview

The 1st Shift Part Time Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for fulfilling customer orders by retrieving and stacking products as specified on the Pick Ticket/Computer Screen, building stable pallets, and ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and place cases of product onto pallets safely and efficiently
• Transport pallets within the warehouse using Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as Pallet Jack
• Assist with warehouse cleanliness and perform daily PIT checks
• Correct mistakes as identified by the Checker
• Support warehouse operations in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 75 lbs and walking/repetitive lifting of 30 lbs
• Teamwork and organizational skills
• Ability to read instructions from a computer screen
• Comfortable working in noisy, non-climate-controlled environments
• Self-starter with initiative and flexibility
• Up to 12 months of relevant work experience
• PIT (Pallet Jack) Certification

Work Environment

Noisy, hot in summer and cold in winter, non-temperature-controlled environment.
