Job summary

Bernick’s is seeking a Load Crew Member to support our distribution process at various Wisconsin locations. You will assemble orders with speed and accuracy, building and wrapping pallets to meet specifications.

Position is part-time with flexible 24 hours+ per week and an 11:00 AM start time; includes benefits such as medical, dental, PTO, 401(k) and company match. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-100 pounds.
• Repetitively bend, lift, and twist while moving product.
• Travel may be required to support Bernick’s locations or events.
• Handle a variety of products, including beverages and other regulated goods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately build and wrap pallets per order specifications.
• Use a handheld scanner to locate and verify inventory.
• Meet picking goals and warehouse objectives.
• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
