Job summary

Chipton-Ross Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Loader in New Berlin, WI for a contract opportunity. The role supports loading, repackaging, inventory, and general maintenance within the warehouse.

You will ensure trucks are loaded correctly, rotate stock by expiration dates, and uphold RBDC standards. The position requires basic math and a current driver’s license, with work hours Mon-Fri 2:00PM-8:00PM.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have a current driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to perform basic math operations (add/subtract/multiply/divide).

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading trucks with client’s products following Distribution Company (RBDC) standards.
• Confirm trucks are loaded accurately as per Account Manager's request.
• Ensure product rotation on trucks and in warehouse according to expiration dates.
• Properly clean and repackage product as set forth by RBDC standards.
• Dispose of damaged or Out Of Code products after Operations Manager approval.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using floor scrubber periodically.
