Job summary

AVI Foodsystems, located in Woolrich, PA, seeks a Warehouse Lead to supervise the warehouse team and oversee packing, shipping, receiving and inventory. The role requires early mornings on a Wednesday–Saturday schedule in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of the warehouse team and inventory.
• Assist in running the warehouse operations.
• Prepare items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and in good condition.
• Review records for accuracy and procedures.
• Address shipping discrepancies with team members to rectify issues.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Order warehouse supplies as needed.
• Support training, motivation and performance reviews of staff.
