Job summary

BuyWander is seeking a Part Time Product Grading Associate in Portland, OR to efficiently process inventory using a smartphone app, open boxes, scan barcodes, match items, describe conditions, photograph items, reseal boxes, and attach SKUs.

You will perform data entry with attention to detail, maintain organized workspaces, meet daily quotas, and communicate any discrepancies with the Listing Operations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate a smartphone and scan barcodes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and item documentation.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Use a smartphone application and scanner to scan barcodes on boxes.
• Carefully open boxes and match items to their corresponding entries in the application.
• Accurately describe the condition of each item.
• Take clear photographs of items for documentation purposes.
• Reseal boxes securely after processing.
• Attach company-specific SKU labels to each processed box.
