Job summary

Fastenal, a leading distributor of industrial supplies, seeks a Part-time Warehouse Associate for the Youngstown branch at 1083 N Meridian Rd, Youngstown, OH 44509. You will help manage inventory, receive, pick, pack, ship, and perform cycle counts, with occasional local deliveries.

The schedule is MON–FRI 7:00am–5:00pm, up to 28 hours per week, with onboarding and growth opportunities following training and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch inventory.
• Receive, pick, package, ship, and perform cycle counts.
• Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties to support branch success.
