Job summary

Fastenal is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate for our Sharon, PA location. The role focuses on inventory control, receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, counting stock, and occasional local deliveries.

The schedule runs MON–FRI with up to 28 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, basic computer skills, reliability, and a customer-service mindset, plus the ability to lift heavy items and pass a drug screen as required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
• Proficient written and oral communication
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organization and prioritization abilities
• Motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and up to 75 lbs
• Pass drug screen where required

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining branch inventory
• Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory
• Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Performing other duties to ensure branch success
