Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisory candidate to oversee Package Handlers and to train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production and attendance. The role sets high standards for productivity, accuracy and customer service while maintaining a secure, compliant workplace.

The position focuses on leadership across departments, promotes continuous improvement, and requires strong communication to support the overall UPS mission and operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
