Job summary

UPS seeks a supervisor for Package Handlers to train, develop, and lead workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. This role sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation and safety across the department.

You will manage resources to maximize output and efficiency, promote a positive team environment, and ensure ongoing development and compliance with corporate and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Lifting up to 70 lbs (32 kg) required.
• Flexible shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities
