Job summary

Alice Walk is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate for its Mansfield fulfillment center. The role involves order fulfillment, inbound shipments, inventory management, quality control, and general warehouse organization.

It is a part-time on-site position with a flexible schedule (15–25 hours/week) and a friendly, collaborative team culture. You will work hands-on on the warehouse floor and contribute to efficient operations and exceptional order accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily fulfillment of e-commerce and wholesale orders with careful packing.
• Receive, count and organize inbound shipments; replenish pick inventory.
• Inventory counts and discrepancy rectification.
• Process returns via Loop portal and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with shipping labels and insurance claims.
• Maintain a neat, organized warehouse environment.
