Job summary

Curious Creatures, a Bozeman-based outdoor apparel brand, is seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Events Coordinator. This part-time, hourly contract role covers outbound shipments, inventory, customer service, returns, repairs, and event logistics, helping us deliver quality and care in every order.

You'll work in a fast-paced startup; the schedule is flexible with a minimum 3 days per week in the Bozeman warehouse, with travel to MTB events across the West possible as the brand grows.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience with shipping, inventory, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ship orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate packing, labeling, carrier pickups, and volume planning.
• Monitor shipping performance and resolve issues.
• Maintain packaging quality and presentation.
• Manage customer inquiries via email and ecommerce platforms.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
