Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes: receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping.
• Inventory control principles, stock movement, and traceability requirements.
• Temperature-controlled handling and cold chain requirements.
• Packaging materials, reusable assets, and replenishment practices.
• Shipment documentation, recordkeeping, and transaction processing.
• Safe material handling practices and proper use of warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them accordingly.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for follow-up.
• Maintains accurate records and updates systems and logs.
• Supports timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
